Dina is a Barrister and Nationally Accredited Mediator with the Bar Association of Queensland. She has over two decades of experience in insurance litigation with a particular interest in personal injuries litigation. Dina has practised exclusively in the area of insurance litigation since her admission in 2001. She was called to the Bar in 2012. Prior to commencing at the Bar, Dina undertook five-year articles of clerkship with Clayton Utz. Following this was appointed a Senior Associate with Jensen McConaghy Lawyers. Dina represents both plaintiffs and defendants. She is a panel barrister for various insurers within the Queensland jurisdiction including Suncorp CTP, Allianz, RACQ and WorkCover Queensland. She also acts on behalf of self-insurers.
She practices primarily in the areas of compulsory third party claims, workers compensation claims, public liability and professional indemnity claims.
Dina is also experienced in mediation (including as a mediator) and ADR. Dina has a strong belief in the mediation process and for clients to achieve the most cost effective outcomes. Dina conducts mediations in Brisbane and regional Queensland.
